THE FAIR SOCIETY TERMS OF SERVICE (“AGREEMENT”)
Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using thefairsociety.co (“the Site”) operated by The Fair Society (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at thefairsociety.co.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by The Fair Society and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We strongly advise you to consider carefully before you upload, submit or embed any content to this site. This Agreement permits you to upload, submit or embed only content or images that you own the copyright to or otherwise have permission to publish and it is your responsibility alone to ensure that you have such permission.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Content
The Fair Socieyt does not claim ownership rights to content that you upload, submit or embed, such ownership remains with you. By uploading, submitting or embedding content you grant to The Fair Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, re-format, re-arrange and distribute your content through any media. As part of the non-exclusive license you grant to The Fair Society you agree to allow other users of The Fair Society to re-post your content on other websites.
The Fair Society does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user content posted by you or others. Whilst we make reasonable efforts to monitor user content we cannot ensure that everything uploaded, submitted or embedded is consistent with the purpose and ethic of The Fair Society. Users must not upload, submit or embed any content that is offensive, illegal, dishonest, threatening in any way, immoral, obscene, libellous or defamatory.
The Fair Society reserves the right to remove or reject any content that it deems unsuitable and may also terminate access to the site of anyone associated with such content.
Users agree NOT to:
Use the site to collect email addresses or other information about other users for the purpose of any form of unsolicited communication.
Upload, submit or embed any content or use the site in any way that could damage or disable the site.
Impersonate or misrepresent themselves in any way.
Upload, submit or embed any sensitive or private information about a third party including but not limited to addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses or financial information.
Intimidate or harass another person or entity in any way or incite any form of violence or abuse.
Responsibility
The Fair Society assumes no responsibility for any consequence of any action you take, directly or indirectly based on any content of the site including comments. All risks are your responsibility including reliance upon the accuracy of content. Any advice or opinion is not intended as a substitute for professional advice.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by The Fair Society. The Fair Society has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
